My approach integrates the inner and outer dimensions of leadership. Leaders strengthen core competencies and deepen self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and values alignment. Through a blend of experiential learning, one-to-one coaching, emotional intelligence assessment, real-time feedback role play sessions, and practical exercises for ongoing reinforcement, leaders build the skills and mindset required to elevate team trust, performance, and culture. I also support your post-program reintegration experience by ensuring your leader has the insight they need to encourage your ongoing development.

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is one of the strongest predictors of leadership success. Leaders with strong EQ communicate more effectively, manage pressure with greater ease, build trust, and foster environments where people perform at their best. I use the EQ-i 2.0 assessment to help leaders understand their EQ strengths as well as opportunities for growth.
